Recovery is possible and through therapy, equip yourself to avoid being habitually burnt out.
If you often feel incompetent, unloved, or inadequate, consistently afraid about making mistakes, tend to be people pleasing or letting other people down, know that it can be improved.
Self-esteem issues may also stem from difficult childhood experiences that may be traumatic to individuals including neglect, bullying or abuse.

Hi! I’m Corrine, a psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals gain insights towards inner clarity to make courageous choices to lead empowered and authentic life.
I believe that therapy is a process of uncovering, recovering and discovering of self, and that everyone has the capacity to heal and change.
While gaining clarity with insights is helpful in understanding why we become who we are in the present day, it is also important to know that we can change with the choices explored to realize our full potential through taking courageous steps.
I apply trauma-informed and multi-cultural awareness in my practice with an integrated therapy approaches. More importantly, I value the importance of building effective relationships with clients in their journey first through offering a safe and non-judgmental space so that we can co-create solutions collaboratively.
