CLARIE Psychotherapy is a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Singapore.


We provide professional therapy services to adults, couples and families to help them overcome life challenges and transitions to flourish as individuals. 


In our practice, we are committed to provide safe and non-judgmental space for our clients to be able to share what feels unsafe outside, and to journey with our clients in healing and progressing towards more empowered life choices. Whether you are going through mental exhaustion, feeling burnt out or experiencing mental-health related struggles, there is help available.

Our sessions are trauma-informed with integrated application of effective evidence-based counselling approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Redecision Therapy, Parts Work and Inner Child Work. We are also a LGBTQ+ affirmative practice.

Our Services

Individual Therapy

In individual counselling sessions, we work with clients to address topics ranging from understanding self and self-worth, improving relationships with others, identifying personal beliefs and worldviews, sexuality, working through past baggages to managing emotions in stressful times and transitions to move forward in life.

We also provide mental health support for anxiety (including social anxiety, separation anxiety), dysthymia and major depressive disorders.

Couples Therapy

(Relationship counselling including couples counselling, pre marital counselling in preparation for marriage and marital counselling)

Stress and Burnout Recovery

Burnout (whether work burnout or parenting burnout) is usually a gradual process, stemming usually from chronic stress – slowly affecting one’s motivation and energy leading to physical, emotional and mental exhaustion.

Recovery is possible and through therapy, equip yourself to avoid being habitually burnt out.

Improving Self-Esteem & Relationships

Counselling Room


Sessions are by-appointment only, for clients age 21 and above, between 60 – 90 minutes. 

Online

Online sessions provide convenience and flexibility to clients. Clients are highly encouraged to secure a safe and comfortable space with privacy.

In-Centre

In-Centre counselling sessions are located at International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar), for individuals who prefer face-to-face therapy, as well as for couples counselling.

In-Nature

During the Nature Walk-n-Talk session, we will be leisurely walking while engaging in talk therapy session. Our Nature Therapy sessions take place at several locations, on weekends 8am to 11am, subject to weather conditions.

Specific goals in therapy will be collaboratively determined by you and your therapist

Hi! I’m Corrine, a psychotherapist  and counsellor passionate about helping individuals gain insights towards inner clarity to make courageous choices to lead empowered and authentic life.

At Clarie, we help individuals heal from past experiences, build stronger emotional intelligence, and redefine their purpose for personal and relationship fulfillment. We also support parents in breaking generational patterns and creating healthier family dynamics.

I'm also passionate about self-care, dealing with burnout, and setting boundaries. We provide a safe space for clients to prioritize themselves, practice self-compassion, and slow down to process their thoughts and emotions.
