Counselling and Psychotherapy

heart work is hard work

.

Experiencing constant stress, near burnout and find it increasingly difficult to cope? Frustrated with the lemons life kept throwing you? Feeling stuck, no sense of belonging and finding meaning in life?

.

We understand the challenges of ‘just surviving’ and finding your best self so that you can be thriving in living the life you want.

.

.

.

Our trauma-informed mental health therapy services are available online, in-centre, and in-nature, and it starts by us providing this safe and non-judgmental space for you so that we can co-create next steps together.

.

We address a range of topics from stress and burnout, mental health, grief and loss, trauma, inner child work and relationship issues, also on coping major life transitions including relocation challenges, transnational marriage, difficult pregnancies and parenthood challenges

.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change" - Carl Rogers

.

However, therapy is not just for people who are going through tough times; it is for anyone looking to learn more about themselves, build better relationships, and start living more authentically being connected with who they are.

.

We strive to ensure that everyone who reaches out receives the support the require and experience so that the individual can regain sense of choice and courage to live out their best self.

.

If you are looking for support, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss further.
