⚛︎ Individual Counselling / Therapy


Our trauma-informed mental health therapy services are available online, in-centre, and in-nature walk-and-talk sessions.

It starts by us providing this safe and non-judgmental space for you so that we can co-create next steps together.

We address a range of topics from stress and burnout, mental health, grief and loss, trauma, inner child work and relationship issues, also on coping major life transitions including relocation challenges, transnational marriage, difficult pregnancies and parenthood challenges

Therapy is not just for people who are going through tough times; it is for anyone looking to learn more about themselves, build better relationships, and start living more authentically being connected with who they are.

We strive to ensure that everyone who reaches out receives the support the require and experience so that the individual can regain sense of choice and courage to live out their best self.


⚛︎ Couples Therapy (In-Centre Only)

Couples therapy sessions help partners navigate relationship challenges and improve communication through a blend of approaches to create a safe space for couples to talk about and explore their issues and work towards a more fulfilling relationship.

To provide the most focused and supportive environment, couples therapy sessions are currently held in-centre. Our fees are structured per session, with a maximum of 90 minutes.

Employee Support Programmes

We understand the importance of providing support to employees for their overall wellness and well-being with a psychologically safe work environment and culture. 

We strive to provide individualised services to meet the needs of organisations, whether it’s through coaching, counselling, interactive workshops, or any other forms of corporate wellness initiatives.
