Please read through the appointment booking and confirmation process, as well as cancellation / rescheduling policy below.

Booking Process

1. Book an appointment slot via the calendar below.
2. You will receive an email for payment of session fee via Bank Transfer, PayLah! or PayNow.
3. Upon completion of payment, please email us screenshot of your transaction.
4. Appointment is confirmed on acknowledgement of payment received.

For Walk & Talk Nature Therapy [PAUSED]

Please book timings between 8am – 11am, weather dependent.
Should the weather be unfavourable on the day, we can either proceed with online session or reschedule to a later date.

If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor prior.

1-2 days Prior to Appointment

• – For online session, you would have received the meeting link upon confirmation of payment.
  
• – For In-Centre counselling sessions at Tanjong Pagar, we will provide the address in a separate email.
  
• – For Walk & Talk In-Nature session, we will share meeting point 1-2 days before and on the morning before appointment time; also subjected to weather condition.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Administrative charges may be applied for cancellation or rescheduling of sessions less than 6 hours prior to appointment time.

• – $80 apply for Online or Walk & Talk Sessions.
• – $100 apply for In-Centre Sessions

Online : S$150 per hour

In-Centre : S$160 per hour

Couple Therapy Session Fee

In-Centre only : S$220 per hour
