CLARIE Psychotherapy is a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Singapore.


We provide professional therapy services to adults, couples and families to help them overcome life challenges and transitions to flourish as individuals. 


In our practice, we are committed to provide safe and non-judgmental space for our clients to be able to share what feels unsafe outside, and to journey with our clients in healing and progressing towards more empowered life choices. Whether you are going through mental exhaustion, feeling burnt out or experiencing mental-health related struggles, there is help available. 


Our sessions are trauma-informed with integrated application of effective evidence-based counselling approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Redecision Therapy, Parts Work and Inner Child Work. We are also a LGBTQ+ affirmative practice.


You are not alone. We understand that taking the first step to seeking support can be daunting, that’s why we offer a free consultation so that you can speak with our therapist and discuss your needs. 

We also offer a variety of payment options to make therapy more accessible.

Starting Your Therapeutic Journey

Counselling Room

Sessions for clients age 21 and above, between 60 – 90 minutes, by-appointment only.

We offer therapy online, in-centre at Tanjong Pagar and Dempsey, and Walk-n-Talk Nature Therapy sessions across several locations in Singapore.

Online Therapy

Online sessions provide convenience and flexibility to clients, with sooner slots availability.

Clients are highly encouraged to secure a safe and comfortable space with privacy.

In-Centre Counselling

In-Centre counselling sessions are located at Dempsey or Tanjong Pagar, for individuals who prefer face-to-face therapy, as well as for couples counselling.

Exact location will be provided upon confirmation of appointment.

In-Nature Talk Therapy

During the Walk-n-Talk session, we will be leisurely walking while engaging in talk therapy session.

Our Nature Therapy takes place at 3 locations in the North/West of Singapore, on weekdays 8am to 11am, subject to weather conditions.

Specific Goals In Therapy Will Be Determined By You And Your Therapist

We believe that everyone is unique and that therapy is a collaborative process. 
In providing a non-judgmental and safe space for our clients, along with empathic and nurturing support applying trauma-informed and integrated evidence-based therapeutic approaches,we aim to facilitate change and growth by bringing insights and clarity for our clients to explore their choices and build courage to act with strength and hope.
