In providing a non-judgmental and safe space for our clients, along with empathic and nurturing trauma-informed support, we aim to facilitate change and growth by bringing insights and clarity for our clients to explore their choices and build courage to act with strength and hope.
We offer sessions in various formats (in person, online, and in nature) for clients aged 21 and above. Sessions typically last an hour and are available by appointment.
Online sessions provide convenience and flexibility to clients, with sooner slots availability.
Clients are highly encouraged to secure a safe and comfortable space with privacy.
In-Centre counselling sessions are located at Tanjong Pagar, for individuals who prefer face-to-face therapy, as well as for couples counselling.
Exact location will be provided upon confirmation of appointment.
In-Nature Talk Therapy
During the Walk-n-Talk session, we will be leisurely walking while engaging in talk therapy session.
Our Nature Therapy takes place at a few locations in the North/West of Singapore, on weekdays 8am to 11am, subject to weather conditions.
